When will my package arrive?

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of placing your order. Packages will arrive within 10-20 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier's capacity and your shipping address. Which countries/regions do you ship to?

How will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped on normal business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We partner with major international logistics companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, which also collaborate with local courier companies. This allows us to deliver goods directly to your door, and we are pleased to offer flat-rate shipping.

Some items will be shipped directly from our domestic warehouse, while others are manufactured and shipped directly from our factories located in the United States, Canada, and Australia.
